Kingshot Kingdom Transfer: Transfer Rules, Transfer Pass Costs & Power Lowering Tricks

The exact mathematical formula for the Transfer Pass is not public. The system calculates the cost in real-time based on your Transfer Score and the State Transfer Rating of the target Kingdom. The required amount ranges from 1 to 50 passes. Free-to-play players usually need fewer than 10, while top-tier players may need up to 50.

Key Requirements to Transfer

Maximum Power Cap Your total Power must not exceed the target Kingdom limit.
Minimum Town Center Level 25 is strictly required.
Cooldown Period At least 25 days must have passed since your last Transfer.
Character Limit You can have a maximum of 4 characters per target Kingdom.
Status Before Transfer You must leave your alliance. You cannot be in an active battle or scout status.
Role Restrictions You cannot be a King or a Transfer Manager.
Matching Mechanism Both your current and target Kingdom must be in the same Generation and have similar features unlocked.

Event Phases & Quotas

Pre-Transfer Phase (Sunday - Tuesday)

King and Transfer Managers set the Power Cap.

Transfer chat opens for players to seek new locations.

The Transfer is not open yet; use this time to find an active Kingdom.

Invitational Transfer Phase (Wednesday - Thursday)

Leading State: Can issue up to 20 invites (10 slots saved for the Open Transfer Phase).

Ordinary State: Can issue up to 35 normal invites plus 3 Special Invites.

The Special Invite allows strong players to bypass the Power Cap. Once used, the Kingdom regenerates 1 new invite every month (maximum of 3).

Best Strategy: Secure an invite from a Transfer Manager during this phase rather than waiting.

Open Transfer Phase (Friday - Saturday)

Leading State: 10 slots available.

Ordinary State: 20 slots available.

This phase operates strictly on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 0:00 UTC on Friday.

Transfer Score & Power Lowering Tricks

Q: Can I lower my Transfer Score and Power by unequipping gear and dismissing troops?

A:It depends on the timing. Before the event officially starts, resetting Heroes levels and Hero Gear can effectively lower your total Power. This helps you stay under the Power Cap of the target Kingdom and might save you 1 or 2 passes. However, once the event starts, the system records your data (snapshot). Any actions to unequip gear or dismiss troops will not work after the data is recorded.

Your Transfer Score = Town Center Level + Governor Gear + Governor Charm + Base Hero Power + Hero Gear Power + Pet Power.

Troops Power does NOT increase your Transfer Pass cost, but it DOES count towards the Power Cap.

⚠️ Core Mechanism: The system records your Power data BEFORE the event officially starts. You must complete all Power-lowering actions before this system data lock! Once the event begins, unequipping gear will not reduce the cost.

Advanced Transfer Tips

Double Rewards Trick

If you complete your daily missions or current event stages BEFORE the Transfer, you might be able to complete them again in your new Kingdom for double rewards. Always refer to specific in-game event descriptions.

Stockpile Passes

Even if you do not plan to Transfer immediately, buy the limited Transfer Pass in the Alliance Shop (150,000 Alliance Token) every week to prepare for the future.

Resource Management

You will lose any resources that exceed your Storehouse protection limit during the Transfer. Consume them or convert them into backpack items beforehand.

Cost Estimation

As a general rule, you need 1 Transfer Pass for every 20 million actual Power. Always prepare more passes than you think you need.
